Data Deletion Instructions

You can delete the data Sister Ann Auto DM holds about you in any of the following ways.

If you connected an Instagram account

  1. Remove the app from Instagram: Instagram → Settings and activity → Apps and websites → select the app → Remove. Instagram notifies us automatically; we delete the account’s access token, turn off its rules, and delete its conversation and delivery records. You receive a confirmation code you can use to check the status of the request.
  2. Disconnect in the Service: sign in → Instagram Auto DM → the account card → Sending settings → Disconnect, and choose to also delete conversations and delivery logs.

If you commented on or messaged a connected account

Send a request to the customer center at sister-ann.com with your Instagram username. We delete the conversation and messages linked to you within 30 days and confirm by reply. You can also simply reply “stop” in the conversation to end automated messages immediately.

Retention

Even without a request, conversation and delivery records are deleted automatically after 180 days.

  • 요청이 없어도 대화·발송 기록은 180일 뒤 자동 삭제됩니다.
